"So the beginning of June our downstairs AC went on the blink...having posted a "does anyone know anyone who can fix my AC" on FB and got nowhere i joined Angies List. I chose MONCRIEF because they had an A* rating plus they had the best reviews, so i gave my hubby their phone #..He called them Friday afternoon and was told that someone would call us about 2.00pm on the Saturday afternoon and give us a time as to when the engineer would be out...Promptly at 2.00pm a very friendly lady called me and told me that Chris would be here in the next 45 mins or so...40 mins later Chris knocks on the door...my hubby goes to talk wth him, and 15 mins later the AC is fixed and i now hve cool air in the downstairs of my house...Now dont ask me what the problem was...cause i wouldn't have a hope in h*** of explaining that to you...but what i do know is whatever it was was fixed...
Thank You Chris C for fixing the problem and Thank you Moncrief for doing EVERYTHING that you told us you would do...And without a shadow of a doubt we will def use you again and recommend you to all our friends and famiy who might also have AC probs...

"Our plumbing backed up so we called Drain-O-Might of Georgia to check out a sewage back up. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00am, Wendall arrived very prompt at 9:40am. He checked the the 2 clean out pipes and discovered the back up was between the two.  He used the high pressure jetting equipment to clear the line.  He determined the back up was caused by grease build up.  After clearing the line he checked the water flow and everything was fine.  We would recommend Wendall to anyone with a plumbing problem.  He is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and reasonably priced.  We are extremely happy!
