"The electrician (Patrick) came out one day and diagnosed the problem within an hour or so. He explained the issues to me and prepared an estimate for the repairs. I was not charged for the diagnostic visit. Patrick and a helper came back the following week at my convenience and fixed the problem in a couple of hours without cutting into my drywall. So far, so good. I felt like it was a reasonable price and great service. Patrick was very pleasant and professional and cleaned up any mess before he left (which was very little to begin with). In addition, the work is warranted for a year. I would definitely use them again, but hope I don't have to! <br />"

I guess it was a special but then when they came out ot the house they were like "Oh this isn't going to light your house. You need to buy another transformer and additional lighting. We ended up buying more than what the special was."

Like dealing with any landscaping service, it's important to be explicit as to what you're looking for -- we tried grass seed, which didnt work. Hugo was responsive, and immediately resolved the issue for us --- clearing the yard and starting from scratch. He then discounted the price of sod to reflect the seed which was lost -- again, very fair and understanding."
