"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"Jay arrived ready to install my ceiling.  I was pleased with his cleanup after the job and the speed it took to install it.  I had an Angie's List deal which made the installation $0.00.  I did mention to him i wanted to receive other estimates for work and he took his time to not only record what i asked for, but to determine how I plan to use them.  For example, I explained I wanted to get rid of builder's grade florescent light fixture in my kitchen.  He asked me why and I explained I never liked it and I cook/bake a lot and it does not give me much light.  He looked at my kitchen counter space and he outlined where he thought I did the prep work (he was correct!) and where I finished before baking/cooking (again he was right) and how the counter space flowed.  He explained how to get  the benefit of both more lighting but an attractive look.   He also took the time to explain to me the different bulbs that are out and why or why not they are good to use.  He did inspect our electrical panel and explained why it needed to be replaced.  We felt the price was fair and they will come to do the job on Friday.

Took care of the problem quickly even with a trip to the parts store. Price was a bit more than I had expected but, I was given the option in advance & I felt it was worth it to have it done & done right so I don’t have the aggravation or worry. Chris from Liberty plumbing was excellent & I have him saved in my favorite Pro section. I would recommend him highly. The company... a slightly higher price than I expected. "The contractor was professional, but made many snap decisions without any diagnostics to base the recommendations upon.
I was told before they arrived that they covered any in warranty parts for Goodman heat pumps, but when I told him the unit was one year old and under warranty, he had to call his boss for authorization, and acted like he was doing me a favor replacing the part under warranty.
The contractor also told me that my interior coils needed to be replaced, but never performed any diagnostics upon which to base that recommendation.
The contractor recommended that I replace R-22 refrigerant in my units.  He couldn't tell me how much I needed to add, although he hooked up diagnostics to my units to measure my levels.  When I asked how much was needed, he told me he couldn't be for sure.  I asked how much R-22 is per pound, he said they don't charge based on actual pounds added to the unit, just a flat fee regardless if they add 1 lb or 10!  The flat fee was more than $300 per unit.  I told him I was not interested in getting them recharged at this service, but he still wrote up a sales order with those items on the sales order.  This is a sales tactic that I do not appreciate.
