When I called him for a rug cleaning issue, he was truthful enough to. tell me that I would be better off going elsewhere because of the nature of the job. I called him a second time after a friend's dog urinated on a wool rug. He came and cleaned it and then called me to ask how it was. Then he came a second time to make sure all the urine was out. He is honest and does great work. Hire him!"
