"They sent out Victor. He is a nice guy. We have dealt with him a couple of times before. He brought the parts with him, and had the seal fixed in under an hour. "It went well, he came out to look at my dishwasher. He mentioned that the pan was rusted through, which was causing the dishwasher to leak. Turns out this wasn't at all the case, it was just overflowing. Although he was incorrect about that, he did fix the ice maker in my refrigerator without charging me."

"Found Nelson group after a very poor experience with Sears. Mike called me fairly quickly after leaving my info with Service Magic.
