"I called on March 2nd about 6:30 in the evening for an emergency call to reset the garage door because a roller had come off. The guy arrived about 9:50 p.m.  It took him less than 30 minutes which was great.  He told me they needed to come back to complete the job to replace all the rollers and we agreed that Saturday was best and he would let the dispatcher know.  No one contacted me for that Saturday appointment.  I waited a few days and then forgot about it because I was going out of town.  When I got back in town a week later, I called and was given an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on the 17th.  The person setting the appointment told me it was a firm appointment time.   Due to my work schedule, I had a friend come over to my house to give the repairman access to the garage. The repairman didn't show up until NOON.  I called to complain to a manager at the company but was put on hold for so long that I hung up.  I never spoke to a manager.  The cost for this job was $400 which I paid the night of the emergency repair.  I paid by check.  Had I known what the service would be like, I would have paid by credit card so I could contest the charge and the service.  I will not be using this company again.  The work product is good but the punctuality and professionalism for the price speaks volumes. Hence, the poor marks."

"The crew was unprofessional. They were messy, played loud music. They tripped my exterior outlet and so had to use one of the interior ones. They would step in to charge their phones. I absolutely didn't like it. Also, they gave me quote on fixing my door jams and then their carpenter gave me a completely different story. The paint job was left incomplete and then I had to call the office and complain for them to finish the whole job on a Saturday. The brushes were washed in my yard and they left a big paint mess. I noticed paint also my roof and had to ask them to clean it up. Over all, a poor job."

"Another great experience with Mark Gonzalez. The quality of Mr. Gonzalez's work is very high and it is clear that he prides himself on attention to detail. He is very professional and easy to work with. He also shows a great deal of respect for your home by covering furniture that may get dusty/dirty with plastic and cleaning up after the job. Repairs done include: -Installing dry wall -Installing baseboards -Installing window casings -Painting We are very happy with the quality of the work, as well as the efficiency and pricing. Services ranged from floor tile, painting, a/c work, Sheetrock repair, plumbing, appliance installation, blind installation, etc. They manage change requests efficiently and provide cost before work is started. I trust Phil and his contractors with full access to the properties if I am not there.

"It went very well. He hung plant hooks outside as well as installing lighting above the garage door. He actually repaired our Bali blinds and rehung! So happy. That would have cost so much to replace. He took down a pendant light and hung a new one. Very pleasant and personable. We chatted while he was working. He was a Engineer where he came from and it showed with the repair he did on the blinds. (Even the Bali people had a hard time hanging when I bought them.) I’m starting a new list for him for more repairs we need done. So, he did excellent work and I highly recommend for more than what he did for me."
