"Repair went smoother than I expected and was less costly than expected. I did get a quote for refinishing the door as well and it was a very good price. Ended up not doing that because we are selling the house, but would have if we were staying."

"Mario was great on the sales side. Installation team did a nice job. Have not yet used the shower, so not aware of any leaks, etc. If so, I am confident Shower Doors of Houston will stand behind their product."

"The work was done very, very well. Alex gave us by-far the best quote for the work needed and didn't try to over-sell us things we didn't need. Alex did a perfect job installing a brand-new, high-tech Chamberlain motor to this second door and fixed the broken panel perfectly to match the other panels and the other door. In addition, he reinforced BOTH doors to make them stronger and prevent future breaks. He also modified BOTH doors to make them substantially quieter to open and close. The main door has a very old motor and used to be super loud when it was being opened or closed. Now, it is maybe 30% as loud as it used to be--a significant reduction. Alex also hit an unfortunate road-block when we realized we had bad-wiring in the house. He spent many extra, unanticipated hours working in the heat of the Texas summer to resolve the issue. He did an AMAZING job and is EXTREMELY professional and honest! Next time we or a friend need to have a garage motor replaced or fixed, we will be sure to give him a call! TLDR - Hire Garage Door King Services if: 1.) You want an HONEST assessment of your garage door situation. 2.) You DON'T want to be sold extra things that aren't necessary to resolve your issue. 3.) You want a FAIR price for the work being done. 4.) You want a commitment to EXCELLENCE and PROFESSIONALISM from the person you have asked for help."

"On time, came prepared with tools needed. Obviously knew exactly what to do and did an excellent job. Cleaned up after finishing and made sure both shades functioned perfectly. Very pleased and will refer to friends."

"This is the third job we?ve done with HRR services - so I understood the capabilities of the company and Phillip Warwick prior to starting. I am also a handyman myself and can do many of the tasks I contracted him to do, I just don?t have the time. I?ll go room by room and provide a little detail on the last job. <br /> General: <br /> My wife and I did most of the demo with the exceptions of the three bathrooms. <br /> Doors: <br /> All the doors in the house were sub par. We gave some direction on what we wanted and Phillip did a good job with choosing the right doors. <br /> Kitchen and Breakfast: <br /> When we purchased this house, the kitchen was a 1972 mess! I wanted to tear out all the cabinets and Phillip said it would be better to save them. That was a good call. I sanded down all the cabinets and rebuilt the doors. Phillips guys did a great job with sanding prep and paint on the cabinets. They repaired the sheet rock and floated out such that you could not tell it was ever patched. He also installed a designer vent hood and dishwasher. <br /> Den: <br /> I tore out all the old paneling walls (two layers) down to studs. Phillip?s guys installed sheet rock trimmed out and painted. The room looked great. <br /> Dinning: <br /> There was no scope here except the mirror removal. We forgot to include that in the scope during the bid. One afternoon I dropped by the site and the mirrors were gone, walls floated and painted. He charged next to nothing for this work. <br /> Utility Bath: <br /> Phillip removed the existing tile and toilet, demoed the vanity. The window was beyond repair and he replaced that as well. After tile, vanity and counters were installed, the he painted and added the new toilet. <br /> Hall Bath: <br /> During demo, the tub was damaged and I felt like it could not be repaired. Phillip replaced it at his expense. He also repaired the vanity, did the paint, plumbing, tile and toilet. <br /> Master Bedroom: <br /> This room was mostly paint, however, we moved the door going to the master bath. Phillip was able to match the texture in the walls such that you really could not tell after paint that it had been moved. <br /> Master Bath: <br /> This room was a big deal. We put in a new tub (there was no tub before), moved and enlarged the shower and put in a new closet. Phillip put in a new toilet, new window and installed a purchased vanity. The tiling in this room was very upscale and Phillip?s team did a great installation. When finished, this room looked great. <br /> Remainder: <br /> Phillip did touch-up paint in various places that needed it at a reasonable price. <br /> Other Comments: <br /> You can always reach Phillip via text. He will respond even when on vacation. <br /> Phillip was always happy to meet us at the job site if we had questions. <br /> Phillip was willing to work with other contractors on the same site (this is not always easy...) <br /> Phillip was flexible with us regarding schedule (I needed some time to finish my scope so he could do his). <br />"
