"The process went well. We had all wet areas (kitchen, both bathrooms, fireplace, foyer and laundry). Tile was cleaned, regrouted and sealed and granite counter tops done. Everything looks clean and crisp! Steve and Xavier were very informative and thorough!"

"They did a great job on both the rug and upholstery cleaning, unfortunately the stain on the rug as pretty tough and they were not able to get it all out. They cleaned the rug at my house, normally they recommend rugs be cleaned at their facility. I may send the rug back with them next time."

"They cleaned our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room grout and supposedly sealed it. The following week, I spilled some liquid and it seeped right through the grout, so I called them back. They responded promptly. The manager came with them and claimed I needed some kind of acid treatment on the grout, of course for yet ANOTHER charge. After they left, I notice that small pieces of grout were now missing. Two weeks later, coffee spilled on the kitchen grout, and once again, it stained. The grout was not sealed. I will never use this company again."

In all, we had about 2,000sf of area to cover. Philip and his colleague did an excellent job of taking care of all of this for us, in so much less time than it would have taken to do it ourselves! Furthermore, we were pleased with the price. We have used UpFront once before for carpet cleaning, with the same good results.
