"When Home Genius knocked on my door I wasn't even considering getting a new roof because I figured I couldn't afford quality work and I wasn't willing to have someone get up there for cheap who was just going to mess things up or cause my work down the line. I had this big hole in my daughter's room and some leakage around my chimney and the roof on my house hadn't been replaced or repaired in maybe fifteen years. Anyway, now sitting at my roof and looking at the work they did and how willing they were to work with my financial situation I feel like one of those people on HGTV. I also had this terrible solar panel situation from a solar company who went bankrupt but they went far and beyond the extra mile to help me accommodate me in this regard as well. They have been up front with me from the start about what I need to have done with my home. They also told me exactly how much stuff would cost. I liked the fact that I didn’t have to worry about some kind of hidden fees. They always told me that they were here for me and they wanted me to be happy. They treated my home like their home.
