"Outstanding service! Very professional and honest, no games or upselling. He quickly identified the issue with my gas burner, made the necessary adjustments, and had it working perfectly in no time. He even helped fix another small problem with the stove at the same visit and didn’t charge extra. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, efficient, and fair. Highly recommended!"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"The tech (Richard) arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. My gas oven works great."

I have been in the construction industry in some capacity for almost 20 years now. I started in building maintenance and now I mange residential restoration projects ranging from $500-500,000.\nI love what I do and would love to be more hands on outside of the project management that I do only a daily basis.

"The appliance repair company was able to schedule a visit the day after I called. Serviceman arrived within the window of time designated. He was friendly, courteous and neat."

"They had a cancellation ans called to see if they could come early. They looked ate our washer and didn't try to push us toward a repair knowing that it would be more costly than replacing the washer. We loved the honesty."

"Went very well. Tom showed me the damage and explained my options and how to keep the existing damage from getting worse. We can either buy a new dishwasher or pamper this one. We decided to keep this one out of the landfill for a while longer"
