Lucky found from the specs and diagnostics that the top oven fan was the problem. Lucky was fantastic. Ordered the part and spent over an hour working on replacing it and checking it out. He was extremely personable and the company was very responsive. We would definitely recommend them."

"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. "After doing our homework, my wife and I selected Mega Kitchen and Bath for complete remodels of our master bath and hall full bath. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day. Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of the work was such that we did not have any punch lists items once the baths were completed. "Our old Kenmore washer started making horrible noises.  Bailed it out and contacted our home warranty company, Old Republic.  They sent our request to one of their contractors, Appliance Protection, LLC .  Old Republic said that I would hear from Appliance Protection, LLC by that afternoon.  I didn't hear back from Appliance Protection, LLC. so that evening I called and explained that I was covered by Old Republic and was told that they had not been contacted by Old Republic. I was put on their schedule for the following day.  As promised, Sam showed up within the time period I was given.  He had the part with him and was able to make the repair quickly.  His fee was $75, which is the cost to us through our Old Republic coverage

"We contacted Don at Home Services - VA for an estimate to put shelving in our garage, one coat closet and a small storage closet under the steps.  The storage closet also needed a light.  He responded promptly with a phone call, and was here the next day to look at the project and give us an estimate.  His estimate arrived via email within two days, and was the most reasonable of four estimates we received.  We accepted Don's estimate and scheduled the work for the following week. 

Don and a helper arrived at 9:00 AM as planned, and worked the entire day putting up the wire shelves around the entire circumference of our garage.  We had purchased the shelving ourselves; but additional was needed, and Don made the extra trip to pickup additional shelving and braces.  In addition to the garage shelving, Don installed additional wire shelving in our entry coat closet, as well as a small storage closet under the steps.  Getting the electricity to the light in the closet proved more of a challenge than originally thought, but Don handled the situation very professionally; and despite taking longer than expected, and making more holes in the wall than planned, Don completed the task perfectly.  He initally planned to complete all the work in one day, but the additional time to pickup more shelving and install the light, plus having to mud the drywall and have it dry in order to paint, made a second visit necessary.  He returned after the weekend to skim and paint the drywall to complete the project.  There was no additional charge for the extra time involved or for the trip to pickup additional items needed.  We paid for all parts purchased.

We are very happy with the results, and the large amount of additional storage we now have.  I know we will have other projects that come up, and we will definitely consider Don in the future.  We couldn't recommend him more highly.  He is definitly a wealth of information, and made several suggestions as the project progressed."

"IT STARTED WITH THE AIR CONDITIONING IN OUR HOUSE, SUDDENLY IT WENT DEAD, THE TEMPERATURE STARTED TO RISE, I CALLED A FEW COMPANIES BUT THEY WERE BOOKED UP THE ERLIEST OPENING THEY HAD WAS FOR 2 WEEKS.
I KEPT SEARCHING FOR LOCAL COMPANIES AND HVAC EVOLUTION CAME ON THE LIST I CALLED THEM AND WITHING 2 HOURS THEY SEND A TECHNICIAN, WHO WAS VERY PROFESIONAL, HE PRESENTED HIMSELF AS  MR.CORDON, HE STARTED TO CHECK THE UNIT AND FOUND OUT THAT THE OUTDOOR FAN MOTOR WAS DEAD, HE EXPLAINED TO ME
THAT THE OUTDOOR FAN MOTOR WAS BURNT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, HE DID NOT HAVE THE MOTOR WITH HIM
BUT HE WOULD BE ABLE TO PICK IT UP TODAY HE SAID. HE GAVE ME THE PRICE THAT I AGREED ON IT, HE LEFT AND IN ABOUT ONE HOUR HE CAME BACK INSTALLED THE NEW MOTOR, CHECK THE PRESSURES ON THE UNIT, AND WITHING A FEW MINUTES I STARTED TO FEEL THE COLD AIR COMING OUT.  HE ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR COILS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED, I AM PLANING TO CALL THEM BACK TO CLEAN MY SYSTEM, I AM GLAD I FOUND HVAC EVOLUTION ON LINE, THEY WERE FAST, RELIABLE, AND THEIR PRICE WAS NOT AT ALL THAT BAD FOR THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
