"The crew arrived within the scheduled time window and did thorough job on setting up and doing the air duct cleaning, which had not been done in many years at our house. We had not originally asked them to clean the clothes dryer vent and hose but they did so for a modest additional cost at about half of their usual rate. They apparently had concerns about removing old vent covers with painted-over screws, so I did that for them in several cases and replaced with new brass screws which I will definitely not paint over again. They were very considerate about explaining how the duct cleaning process worked and how often we should do this again in the future. From the air ducts they cleaned out a huge amount of old hair from our current and previous pets. A sort of archeology of our pet ownership experience. Definitely worth doing. Great job."

"This is the second time I used Shalom Home Solutions for a painting job, after they did a good job on my rental. This job involves a four bedroom single family house with a finished basement, totaling 5166 sqft. The painting includes all interior surface and baseboards, with minor drywall repair and caulking. Amilcar and his crew did a very good job. They arrived early everyday around 7 a.m. and leave around 4 p.m. The cherry hardwood floors were covered with drop cloth and the railings were covered with plastic sheets. Some elaborate window treatment had to be taken down and put back. The house was cleaned up after the job was done. There was no damage in the process. It was completed on time. Amilcar was very communicative throughout the process, responding to my text message and email quickly. The only minor negative is when he brought in a few newer painters one day and their work was a bit rushed (not taping up the cherry shoe molding). Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of the work."

"I had been struggling to find a firm to repair my bedroom ceiling drywall and replace insulation ik my attic after a major water leak from my roof. Robert & Son Construction responded to my inquiry within hours and came to my home the same day to give me a very reasonable estimate. They then scheduled the repair two days later and were in an out in less than 6 hours. My ceiling is pristine and looks like nothing ever happened! The patch isnt even discernable a d that was no small feat as it abutted a sprinkler line. Truly impressed with the workmanship and the customer service! The insulation they installed has even dramatically improved the temperature control in the room and they painted the ceiling and left the remaining product for me use without additional cost. They were professional, prompt, kept me up to date with everything along the way, and they did it all with smiles! Cannot recommend this company enough!!"

"Once again from beginning to end, Robert and his crew did an excellent job. The entire process went smoothly and the work was of good quality. We are very happy with the cabinet he made for us and the bathroom cabinets which were refaced have never looked better. Painting was also done well. "The old drain was removed and a 12" X 12" X 12" box drain was installed with a 4" diameter pipe to my inside the house sump pump.  This replaced a poorly installed 1-1/2" drain installed by the builder. In the past, water would enter the basement over the sill of the basement door because the old drain couldn't keep up with the water. The new drain just got it's baptism by ordeal with the 6+ inches of rain that fell recently and not a drop of water came in the house!

"The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. We have not had to call in for any replacement parts. It was very easy to schedule the service, as well. I have recommended the company to others."
