"Mr Moreno and his crew showed up on time the first day, promptly at 8:00am. By the end of the first day, they had all the drywall patched. They did a very good job on the drywall. They were even able to correct some of my flawed patches. Every evening, the crew promptly cleaned up and were out of the house by 5:00. All the crew were very courteous. As promised, all the work was completed, everything cleaned up, and the crew pulled away by 5:30 on Friday. <br /> I am very pleased with the final result. Mr Moreno, within the scope of the original contract, used extra coats of paint to get good coverage where previous colors bled through. This extra effort cost them some time. But, the final product looks great. <br /> The only quibble I have is due to my own failure to make sure work listed in the contract was sufficiently detailed. Some small elements, that I thought were included in the contract, did not get completed. On further review, I realize I didn't ensure the list was complete before the work started. <br /> I recommend Moreno Construction for interior/exterior painting."

"They were prompt. They came when they said they would. They answered all my questions. Their estimate was very reasonable. In fact, it was relatively small job as far as some guttering companies considered things to go, but they did not consider it too small for them. I thought that was very responsive of them. They didn't try to oversell me on any product. The repair consisted of taking the existing gutter and resecuring it to the house. They could have tried to upsell me with a new gutter. They did give me, if I wanted a new gutter, what that would be. There was no pressure as you experience with some home repair companies. Very down to earth. When they did the job after the next rain I felt like it needed some adjusting, and I called them back and they came and adjusted things. They made everything right. No muss no fuss. I am completely satisfied."
