"Date of Service: February 1, 2017 Technicians: David Guadron & Juan David and Juan cleaned carpet in approximately three rooms, steam cleaned tile in the master bath, and sealed grout on the master bath floor tile. I did not know how important it was to clean up excess grout sealer within a day, and the sealer adhered particularly well to my tile, which then looked very messy. I tried to remove the excess sealer myself, and found it extremely difficult. I called and asked them for help, and they came out again at no charge. They first tried steam cleaning the tile to get the excess sealer off, but that didn’t work. They tried another product, which also didn’t work. Then David called his manager, who researched the issue, and found that the grout sealer was a solvent for itself. David and Juan put an additional hour or so into the project, working with the grout sealer, and that was the solution. They missed a few spots because it was dark enough by then that he couldn’t see all of the trouble areas. But I now had the answer, and was able to clean up the rest fairly easily. I greatly appreciated them coming back at no additional charge, to solve the problem."

"Generally well. Most of the floor was clean. Stubborn dirt on some grout that appeared to be gone when the floor was wet turned out still to be there once the floor dried. I think it was ground-in dough from a baking session. Given that, I was glad I did not have the grout sealed. I was annoyed that the lead technician, in discussing grout sealing, tried hard and insistently to persuade me that the grout was originally light-colored instead of the dark color I had selected and know to have been used. My wife and I chose everything in this kitchen when we redid it."

"The carpet cleaning was okay. They had to come back, but they were pretty nice. They did not make promises. It was kind of they came in and did a fast job. I know it was a small job, but it was not right. You have 30 days to call them back and I called them back. After the second time, I was fine. It was better. Their responsiveness to come back was great."
