From my initial call for a quote to project completion he was available to answer questions and concerns from color selection, dumpster placement and a tricky gutter drainage problem. The Element crew was extremely hard working and courteous, arriving on time and working late when necessary. The quoted price only changed due to numerous wood panels that needed replacement which could not be detected until the original shingles were removed. I was fully informed in the quote of this potential increase, so no surprises there. Cleanup was exceptional as the crew combed shrubbery for debris and used magnetic rakes to find stray nails even in the near lawn edges. The Element roofing crew chief was complimentary of his boss (wanting to please him), his wages and the steady amount of work he receives. "I came home from work at 815 a.m., found Jake and his crew already cutting limbs off of the Maple tree. Took them five hours to remove several mature pine and maple trees. I went to sleep, but my next door Neighbor said I like the way your tree trimmers work, so I hired them. She is having her tree cut down this weekend, since Jake will be here already I am going to have one more mature pine tree cut down. Note:. I was at work when I gave this review, phones not allowed in facility, sorry no pics. But picture three stumps, no mess, debris or nothing and wood was stacked. Several family members came to retrieve the wood and pleasantly surprised that the wood was all stacked neatly by our fence. I am so very glad I called them."

"Matt does outstanding work. I could not be more pleased. I had a complicated installation of a new track lighting system that was confusing, and was delivered with with incomplete instructions. He figured everything out and solved assorted glitches and complications. His work is careful and accurate and meticulous. He also repaired our basement ceiling tile, which was a ‘70s mess. Old fashioned tile had fallen, broken, or worked loose in several spots. I was able to find matching replacements and he quickly made it all look like new. He spent a solid 8 hours straight working on these two projects . I especially appreciated this because he had to come from plus-30 miles away, and I had thought it would take much longer., at least 2 days. Everything is perfect. I would trust him completely with any repair, and I hope to call on him in the future. I will have some projects lined up for warmer weather. He offers far more than a handyman service. I am so glad Angie’s list put me in touch with him. I posted an earlier review after he took care of several, quick small repairs, but these were two big ones and very different. in scope"
