A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"I called David for a bid to replace the doors and he called me back immediately.  Since I only requested replacing the three doors he gave me a base price without a site visit and informed me if we ran issues the cost could go up a little...We did run into additional problems and they took care of them at a very reasonable price.  They installed all the doors and repaired the floors in a reasonable time frame.  I they prefer to do a complete job (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc) and they do not use subcontractors, but I had already committed to the painting of these doors...If I known before hand I would have them do the whole job.  They also did some other handyman carpentry for me and they are coming back to do some other small odd jobs for me.  They are professional and do an excellent work.  Will continue to use them.
