This is actually the second time I’ve used this great company and their work a year ago helped my wife/I sell our old home with some much needed renovations (in a tough market to sell) as we looked to purchase our forever home. Once we bought our new home the only thing needed was a finished basement for our growing family, so I contacted Harry (owner) from the Bathroom and Kitchen King for an estimate, as well as multiple other contractors. Harry was extremely professional, courteous, and his responsiveness is something you just can’t say enough good things about. Although my wife/I had some ideas for the basement, Harry made some outstanding recommendations/ suggestions to stay within our budget while at the same time ensuring we would be satisfied with the plans. The entire work crew showed up timely everyday and were extremely polite, which is a testament to the company overall and I thought their work ethic was/is admirable. With regards to price, we did meet with about six (6) total contractors for the basement that had a wide range in terms of overall cost ($22K - $60K), however nobody offered the complete end-to-end support for the entire project except the Bathroom and Kitchen King. The Bathroom and Kitchen King stayed within our budget and although slightly higher than some contractors, we trusted Harry and his Team to complete the entire project and they constantly provided updates to keep us satisfied. We’re extremely pleased Harry helped us out and we will absolutely use the Bathroom and Kitchen King again for any future projects in our home. Highly recommend this great company based on their customer support, budget/cost control, responsiveness, adherence to schedule, as well as overall honesty and trustworthiness!!"

"I had a leak upstairs in my 2nd floor bathroom which in turn ruined most of my first floor ceiling and floors. It was stressful and I was not sure what to do first despite my insurance covering the damages. Trying to find the right people was very difficult. After much research and multiple quotes, I decided to go with JA DRYWALL. From the first day Isaias came to give me the quote, to the last day his father, George finished the painting... JA DRYWALL did what was promised and more. After each day of work, house was cleaned and livable. All of the JA DRYWALL employees were professional and courteous. "It went very well. We needed to add safefty bars and a seat for our aging loved one so we decided to do a full bathroom remodel. Niko and his team were great. Price was reasonable and competitive to other quotes we had before starting. The majority of the job was done by Niko and Rick. Anthony assisted on the demo and Tio in the final touches (last day). Rick was there promptly each morning. Niko stayed late each day. They both work very well together. They give explanations and advice in what their doing to educate us while honoring our creative wishes. They value quality work instead of rushing the job. Niko makes sure he is there on site as well is respectful of our home and truly both nice contractors. It ran a little longer than planned; it happens in renovations. However, it was well worth it . Hiring for our next project and most likely all projects."

"Sam was very responsive and able to schedule, then re-schedule, us with rather short notice. As stated by many others, his customer communications are outstanding. His price for the job was surprisingly lower than many of the other flooring companies. Our job was small (1st floor and 1 set of stairs in a rowhouse) so I think some of the bigger flooring guys didn't want to invest their time unless it was financially worth it. Nothing wrong with that; we met some great flooring experts along the way. But in the end, we couldn't afford to spend $3500 for this size of job. I'll be honest, I was a little nervous about hiring the more affordable contractor, but Sam and his workers came so highly recommended, we took the risk. We're so glad we did! They showed up right on time, with all kinds of modern sanding and dust removal / air cleaning equipment. They spent the first 30-60 minutes taping up plastic sheets for dust control throughout the house. The first day consisted of sanding the floor and stairs to remove old finish and uneven spots, and filling gaps or holes (some we pointed out, some Sam found on his own and took care of). Next was lots of air cleaning and vacuuming before putting down the wood sealer. When that was dry, it was buffed out, vacuumed again, and then coated with the first of two layers of top coat. On the second day, they returned in the morning and buffed/vacuumed again in preparation for applying the final finish coat. By lunch time, everything was done and we could (but didn't) walk on it. The job site was all cleaned up and they were gone. That's it! The floor looks beautiful with an even, soft glow, but with the grain and feel of the real wood still intact. We spec'd a satin-finish water-based polyurethane for our top coats. I've seen a number of friends' poorly refinished wood floors and many have missed corners or that thing where so much wood is removed, there a slope down from the baseboards to the center of the room. Not so with Sam and his workers; you can tell they know how to do this right and are real experienced professionals. We'll be hiring them back to do the other two floors in our house soon! Highly recommended."
