"JR responded promptly to my request for an estimate and appeared very knowledgeable about the problem and possible solutions. Because I had previous leaks in the foundation's copper pipes I elected to have both hot and cold pipes re routed from the foundation into the attic and down the walls. It was a complex, tedious, and lengthy process. JR re arranged his schedule to get started on our project the following Monday. He arrived every day with his team and worked steadily until Saturday night when it was all done, including very professional taping and texturing of all the drywall damage (done by the water as well as the many cutouts required for the re-piping). The workers were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They made sure we at least had cold water every day and a functional bathroom. They worked until 8pm Saturday to get it all done. I am a very "picky" person and JR and his team exceeded my expectations, I would not hesitate to hire them again."

"We're new to septic and knew it hadn't been pumped for more than 5 years so we wanted to be sure we didn't have any issues and could rest assured for a few years to come. Chuck's was fairly priced and they young man who came out did a great job of explaining the system to me and gave solid recommendations for maintaining it in good shape. He was not high pressure with his recommendations and was very polite and patient with a septic newbie. Chuck's also recommended I locate the tank accesses before because they charge to find them. A nice money saving tip they could easily have not mentioned. The price shown represents tank pumping as well as a gallon of bacteria and a $25 off coupon."
