"I purchased a deal for a toilet tune-up, but we wound up needing to replace the toilet altogether. My daughter had to go to Home Depot and purchase a new toilet, without any advice from the plumber on which one to get because he would not return her calls. My daughter checked the reviews on the toilets online and got advice from the plumbing specialist at Home Depot. Earlier this year, we had an excellent experience with Plumbing Masters ...then followed by a bad experience SOLELY because of one of their on-the-job employees.

But I say to everyone, one employee is not necessarily indicative of a quality company (...and we all know, at least, one employee at our job that is not so great).

And with little difficulty, he found & fixed our problem !!
