He cleaned the wall-surround, re-grouted the shelf area, and re-caulked all around the tub. I was ver satisfied with the results. The entire enclosure looks new."

"It went great. I have used this company twice, both times just a one man operation (the owner) but he had his son with him that helps him during the summer. I move all the furniture out of the way for them, and leave the house (do work in the yard) and let them do their thing. It takes about an hour (1600sq ft  home)  and a bit longer to dry. Once its all finished it smells amazing, and the carpets feel softer.  <br /> We have 2 German Shepherds, and do our best to keep the carpets clean and vacuumed every day, but after a year they can get pretty oily from the dogs. It's nice to have the carpets cleaned once a year.  We have laminate flooring in most of the house now, but I will still be calling Gooses to clean the bedroom carpets every summer. <br />"

My sofa and chair are 20 years old and in pretty good condition, but had a few small food stains. He took his time and really cleaned my old sofa and chair up nicely. Looks almost new again. "A girl named Ty who works for Susan's has been coming to clean our house almost since we started using Susan's. She is an EXCELLENT worker who goes beyond what is expected of her. A few others have come and they were, to put it politely, crappers workers. Have used Susan's for a few years with very little to complain about until: Well last week we had a call from Susan that indicated that Ty had quit and she then started to talk negatively about her--Right away that set off alarms: Well I think there was more to it than just quitting -- Now I only have my intuition to go on, but I trust it, and it tells me that Susan was NOT the best employer, i.e., does not treat her staff up to the STANDARDS that I would. 1. Never talk down to them 2. Treat them with respect 3. Pay them better Of course I have no evidence of this, but I WILL NOT BE USING SUSAN'S AGAIN. For the reason above, plus I do not want to 'train' another person in how I want my house cleaned. Next time I hire a cleaning service, I will ask the owner about the pay and respect they give their employees."
