A mini split supplies heat and a/c extremely well. The former sliding door from the kitchen to the patio was replaced with a French door. In addition, a portico was added to the front of the home. The crew was efficient, friendly, did daily clean up, and did excellent carpentry. The crew chief, Saul Fuentes, was outstanding and very meticulous. He had some great ideas to enhance the project aesthetics. We also had a 20’ x 20’ TimberTech composite deck added. The electrician did a great job running the 110 and 220 volt lines back to a secondary panel he added next to the primary panel. In summary, we highly recommend Aventus Contractors of Castleton, Indiana."
