We were given a date and time that was reasonable, and they met that date and time. When they (Derek and Brandon) arrived, we asked them to install two outlets instead of one. We also asked that they look at a light switch which was not working properly. They indicated they could do the additional work with no problem. <br /> Derek and Brandon were polite, professional, and pleasant. They were meticulous in their work and it was excellent. They positioned the outlets so that they lined up perfectly with the grain of the hardwood. The holes they cut were precise, and the finished installation is great. My project involved the modification of the existing walkway to create a ramp to my home’s front entrance and the addition of an extended area for a patio. David is knowledgeable of his craft and was always professional. He answered all questions regarding my project. He explained in detail how the job would be completed and gave an estimated time for the job completion. A written statement of agreement consisting of the terms of our agreement and the total cost for the final project was provided. David arrived at the property when he said he would be there. He worked tirelessly until each step was done. He returned the next day to clean up the work site and to remove splashes of cement on the front door. He was observant and helpful and even advised me on other future projects that I have been thinking about.
