"They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything."

"I don't leave a lot of reviews but I couldn't help but leave one after my recent experience. We had a major wind storm a few weeks ago and a large piece of our siding was blown off. It was way up by the chimney and too high and difficult for me to get to. I called several places to repair the siding and to inspect the roof and siding for any additional damage. Bear Exteriors was the only place that bothered to call back. They came out quickly and Cody spent time fixing the siding and even took the time to repair a piece of the chimney that was loose. He also fixed several places on the roof where he noticed some shingles were coming loose. I was so impressed with the customer service. We will need to replace our roof and siding within the next couple of years and they will definitely be at the top of our list."

"Due to a severe hail storm, we had significant damage to our home. We contracted with Hoffman Weber to replace our roof, siding, gutters, windows and repair the decks. Our sales rep, Joe Wire, was extremely helpful working with us and the insurance company throughout the entire process. Joe responded promptly to our phone calls and address our questions and/or concerns when they arose. "Called two larger company's for quotes and did not get a response, but I think because Ken's Roofing is smaller, they were able to respond and do the work fairly quickly (within 2 weeks of initial contact.) Brad suggested a number of options that would keep the cost within our budget and still address the problem of the rotting wood. I found this flexibility very helpful. When it came time to do the work, they spent 4 hours finishing the job and it looks great. They did not provide a written quote in advance (they did provide a verbal quote), but were prepared with a written quote just prior to starting the work. Also, Brad is the new co-owner as of a year or so."

"We had a representative come out and give us estimates to replace a few windows. The rep was great. He took his time with us, answering any questions we had and even brought in actual windows to show us examples of their work. Other companies rushed through their estimates ( I'm assuming it was because we only were getting 3 windows done so it was a smaller project and there were bigger projects out there to be had), or pressured us to get more windows replaced. Wellington stood out from the competitors because there was no pressure and the rep was very upfront about cost and quality of the windows. The only issue we had was getting the workers out to do the project. After we signed papers, the rep said we'd hear from the company in 3-4 days about scheduling workers to come out. A week went by and I finally called them. They got our date set up. On said date, no one came at the time they were supposed to. I called Wellington. They checked into it and said they would call me back with an answer. They didn't call back, but did have a team come out an hour later. I think their communication lines were a bit messed up, but I think a lot of it had to do with them being so busy at the end of the year (it was 2 weeks before the energy tax credit expired and the workers were doing a lot of jobs). The windows got put in that day in about 3 hours. The windows look great and are much less drafty than what we had before. Wellington was very helpful in explaining what we needed to do to get the energy tax credit. We would definitely use Wellington again to replace more windows."
