In an area where 90 plus percent of contractors do not call back, do not have even fair quality, and have the most worthless work ethic I've ever seen, Intercessions is the top outlier. If you are on a budget and even close to the Abilene area, YOU WILL BE MAKING A MISTAKE TO GO WITH LESS. Intercessions has a QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) process. His project management is highly efficient as well. "The designers were very nice.  However, they only recommended/carried a litmit number of suppliers - few of which were in Indy.  The suppliers they carreid were also very expensive.  Even though I sent pictures, I found that I needed a designer that could come to the house and help find local suppliers for paints and material."

"Chris and his crew are very professional and efficient. We live in a very rural area without any close hardware stores. As with anything in rural Texas there will be glitches without a quick way to retrieve parts etc. This happened, but it is not unexpected. Chris, Michael and his crew were exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient and performed all work in a timely manner. My wife and I intend to keep them busy with other projects as needed. Cost was very reasonable and well under other quotes. The cost also included the price of the replacement windows. I provided the hot water heater. They also cleaned up the connections for the hot water heater and moved us into the 21st century in that regard.
