"Perfect! I noticed bats flying out of my soffits and thought I heard them in the attic. Mat came out on a Saturday, the day after I called. He confirmed the bats and that is was mice in the attic. The next day (Sunday) he was back out filling holes, setting traps, and a one way bat door to get rid of them. 2 days later he confirmed they were gone, disinfected the area, and filled in the hole. Definetly worth the money and I appreciated the fast response and working on the weekend to take care of it."

"I am really happy and satisfied with the service provided.  I called him out because bats were in my attic, bees are in my siding and a squirrel nest in the house.  He came out and cleaned the bat droppings in the attic.  Sealed the entry way the bats used to get inside the house.  Treated the siding for bees and filled the bee entry with silicon and we have not seen any bees thus far.  As for the squirrel he installed a metal mesh that allows the squirrel to get out, but not return.  I am very satisfied with the quick response to my calls, and how he worked with me to schedule an ideal time for the appointment.  I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.  I am very satisfied with the service received.  Price was very reasonable.

"I recently used Ashley’s Critter Gitters. She got back to me really quickly and was able to come to my home the next day. I thought I had a skunk issue but that wasn’t the case. I do have mice getting into my crawl space though. Not good! She was able to seal up the areas they were getting in. I really appreciate the time she took to explain to me about mice and also how she knew I didn’t have a skunk problem. I thought there was one in the crawl space and there was no evidence of that. It was probably coming around at night but I could smell it in the house. I would definitely recommend her service."

"They seem to do a pretty good job and I've used them over 2 years.  I have rental houses and they treat them.  I am on a service agreement with this house and they have one more treatment left on the contract.  It's $45 a quarter.  At this house, the lady was complaining that she saw cockroaches.  On my other rental house, it was more expensive, and it was an ant problem.  I started out with them when I needed them, have stuck with them, they're pretty dependable, they call me, I call the tenants, and set the appointment.  We had one miscommunication where they went one time and hadn't called me.  They have taken care of the problems.  I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future. "

"Very polite and prompt. Checked out my fireplace and interior of chimney and was honest with me & told me I didn't need a cleaning! Then they did an inspection on the exterior of the fireplace & furnace chimneys. Gave me input on what they thought needed to be done and when. No sales pressure, felt very comfortable with Patrick. Had them do some of the work now and will definitely have them back in better weather to do the rest. So glad I called them!"

"It's a little confusing, they show up as Mr Critter glitter but the checks are made out to Precision extermination. They did great work on fixing the soffit, they put bird repellent down but the repellent isn't really working."
