"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Other contractors wanted to remove much of the old siding and start with a clean slate. However, Steve did a good job in retro-fitting the replacement siding. He even worked to match the color and texture -- so the new siding would match the old. He was professional, prompt, and pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire him again. He was in there the next day prepping the place.  I stopped by occasionally just to see how the job was coming but other than making small conversation, I had no reason to even be there. Upon arrival, I would hear Johnny immediately instructing his crew on what they were trying to accomplish. Also, the owner didn't mind getting dirty as well to ensure the job was completed on time. "We had a water leak and were concerned that it was coming through our older roof. We had Eric at Sunrise come out and assess the problem. He repaired a small leak and conducted a thorough inspection of our roof. It had considerable hail damage from past storms. He worked with our insurance company and we only paid the deductible. His crew did a great job, cleaned up very well after themselves, and finished in a day. He even made suggestions about the color we should use and brought samples. We recently had a small leak near a skylight and called to let Sunrise know. They sent out someone the next day to take care of the problem. The roof is beautiful!!!
