"I wish everyone did business like these guys. The whole process was 100% online, from requesting the quote to paying for the service. They even did the house wash when I wasn’t home, so no need to take off work or schedule a time “window”. I’ve previously hired these guys to pressure wash my driveway and they did an excellent job on that, too. Definitely recommend and I will be a repeat customer for sure."

"Mr. TK Kim promptly and readily responded with every inquiry of mine. Mr. John Lee, project manager, came out on the same day I requested a quote, did thorough inspections, and answered all of my questions. I received their estimates a few days later, which were very reasonable. Mr. Kim scheduled his crew to come out and do the job a few days later. The crew showed up as scheduled, installed gutters, gutter screens, and dropouts on the entire house, replaced a rotted fascia board, and install aluminum capping on the new fascia board in about an hour and half. Although there was a misunderstanding on both sides about the scope of work, Mr Kim was understanding and reasonable and offered me additional discounts. It was a pleasure to work with them. I'll definitely hire them again for the future projects."

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"My yard was the eye sore of the neighborhood with overgrown weeds, shrubs and yard waste. EJ’s team of three spent six hours making my lawn look great and I received admiration from my neighbors with the job they performed. Many thanks to EJ and the team who performed my service. They were very friendly and professional."

"High-end LG dryer is only 5 years old. Our dryer was not generating heat. Had another company look at the dryer - heating element had gone bad. Replacing that resulted in heat, but it still wasn't drying fully - things were coming out just slightly damp. He suggested calling Dryer Vent Wizard to inspect the vent line, suspecting it was clogged. Dryver Vent Wizard came out day after I called them and showed me that only a little bit of air was coming out of the vent outside. Cleaning out the vent resulted in about 4 gallons of dust/lint. Result was a lot more air coming out of the vent after the blockage was removed. He explained that a blocked vent is likely to have caused the heating element to overheat and fail. Full drying test still needs to be done, but it looks like a no-brainer."

FAQs for gutters & downspouts cleaning service projects in Bryans Road, MD

You’ll want to clean gutters once or twice a year—in early spring and again in fall—to keep water flowing and avoid pricey leaks. Homes tucked beneath tall trees or hit with heavy debris may need two to four visits instead. Staying on schedule protects your roof, siding, and foundation from costly water damage.

Even with gutter guards, plan on an occasional cleaning—just not as often as homes without guards. Installing gutter guards blocks leaves, but grit and shingle granules still slip through and pile up over time. A quick sweep keeps water moving and stops overflow that can damage your roof or foundation.

Watch for overflowing water, slow or silent downspouts, sagging sections, or debris peeking over the gutter edge. You might also spot water stains, weeds, or an increasing number of ants in certain areas. Any of these red flags means it’s time to call a gutter cleaning pro for service before minor clogs turn into major leaks.

Skip cleanings for too long and gutters overflow, sending water under shingles, down siding, and toward the foundation. The result can be mold, rotted fascia, basement leaks, and repair bills that dwarf the price of a quick cleaning. It can also mean that future cleanings will be more expensive as it will take pros longer to deep clean gutters that are full of heavy debris. Staying on schedule saves money and headaches.

Plan on gutter cleaning service to take an average of one hour for an average single-story home and two to three hours for taller houses. Add extra time if gutter guards need to come off or clogs are packed in. Pros work methodically, clearing every linear foot so water can flow freely again.
