"My freezer started spraying water out of the back of the water line the night before I went on vacation. When I tried to fix the water line myself, it stopped making ice and kept spraying water. So I turned off the water and left for a week. When I got back on Saturday evening, I called On-Call Maintenance and we scheduled a service call for Sunday morning. He was quick to figure out what the problem was (a broken valve inside the freezer), had to go to Lowe's to get a part, and was quick to get it put together again. He explained what he did while we waited for the ice thingy to fill up. The price was good and the Sunday appointment was a life saver, since it's hard to take off work to meet a repair person."

"Since spring we have had a spider problem.  The outside of the house is covered, the inside of the garage is covered, and every corner they can get to inside they build webs.  No amount of OCD level cleaning has got rid of them.  I called GPM based on their reviews late one afternoon and they called me back the next morning and set something up for the very next day.  Two people came, one for the outside, and one for the inside.  When I answered the doorbell they were already starting on the outside.  They explained everything they were using including how it worked, effectiveness, and safety.  He explained the types of spiders and other bugs he was seeing and why they might be in there.  Very thorough, making sure every corner, indent, nook and cranny got inspected and treated.   <br /> They were professional, pleasant and I can already see the results of their work!   <br /> I now have them coming out monthly and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service in the Chatt area. <br />"
