"Tyson and Wyatt are exceptional. I called on Friday and they came Monday morning to fix my frig. I expected to wait a long time. Once at the house, they were efficient, fast, thorough, helpful, and helped me with some other issues as well. I especially liked that they offered to wash in the inside of my freezer after the repair, swept and cleaned behind the frig and even offered to put food back in the freezer for me! I’m planning to hire them to install a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and will use them for any and all of my household appliance issues. We are seniors and felt very safe having them in our home. This kind of quality service should be rewarded with tons of referrals and jobs. I know that I will refer and refer and refer. "Went very well, they were called in to fix a problem, ever so slight, that the company who replaced the motor on my microwave, REFUSED to return and complete the job satisfactorily. Were very knowledgeable of how microwave needed to fit into the housing"

"What happened was, they looked at the job and said that it would be more than that. However they did take $99 as credit towards the job and I was very satisfied with the work. They had to do it twice. They had some trouble because the first person that they sent over was dismissed from the company and it took them a week or two to get reorganized on that. The next guy that came over, did it and we tested it and it looked like it was working, but it didn't. So I called them back, they said they would send him over. He didn't show up and I called up to find out why. He was involved in a car accident. A few days later he did come back. He was okay. He did come back and he spent a long time fixing it and they did not charge me any extra. So I considered that that was a job well done and that they really lived up to their commitment. They were off to a couple of bad starts. The price was acceptable. When they finally got around to it, it was working nicely. Apparently, electrical work isn't their primary interest, they only have one electrician on staff. So, if I was going to go and get a major electrical job done, I would just go to someone whose specialty was electric. The work was done properly and I was not overcharged even when they had to send somebody back. The workers were friendly, cooperative and professional. They really need to develop a closer relationship with the customer, the callbacks and staying on schedule and things like that."

"This is a catch up review for this company:  They installed a new Lennox heat pump (air handler and compressor) in May 2013.  Air Engineers had been servicing my old unit; after 11 years and several repairs, I decided not to risk another summer with it.  Troy Howell, who impressed me as very knowlegeable and professional, gave me a complete explanation of the required work to be done and a satisfactory estimate of the cost. I decided to have them install a new unit. <br /> The technicians showed up promptly on the scheduled day, and performed great work.  The only glitch was when the electricians contracted to upgrade the breaker box did not show. There was never a satisfactory explanation for that, but they came the following day. <br /> The new unit worked well, until a day in January 2014, when it suddenly quit.  A technician came the next day, and determined that, during installation, some wires were damaged and eventually caused a short circuit.  He said this is a not uncommon situation, due to the tight spaces the wires are installed in.  I believe that could be the case.  Of course, the repair was done with no cost to me. <br /> This latest service call (March 21) was to do regular maintenance on the unit.  The technician was prompt, and professional as they all have been. <br /> Overall, I like Air Engineers and the services they provide, glitches not withstanding. I believe they provide good service for a reasonable price. <br />"

"We had issues in the kitchen and while they were there they also checked off some problem we were having with the power. He told me what I needed to do to fix it. I don't even think he charged me for that, but as I said we like them. We've checked and seen better prices, but not as good service, we're willing to pay for the good service."
