He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I highly recommend Mark for repairs. I called him on Saturday morning he arrived shortly thereafter to my mothers house to fix her refrigerator & did a great job. Mark had to put up with the smell of rotten food in the refrigerator &; a leaking floor to fix the appliance for my mother. "The provider showed up on time.  I showed him the washing machine and told him where it was leaking.  Based on my description he told me he believed the door boot seal was bad and causing the leak.  He took a quick look at the seal and told me it was torn and it would be $250 to repair.  I could not see the tear to which he was referring so I asked him to start the washer and actually see where the leak was occurring.  He looked at the seal again and told me the seal was torn where the water comes in.  I am not saying he is wrong in his assessment, but from the time he walked in the door to the time he left was about five minutes total.  I am glad I only spent $39 instead of the $80 he normally charges for my five minute service call.
