"Steve refinished 3000 sq ft of 1960s original red ok floors for my primary residence. He did an AMAZING job bringing these floors back to life and probably it saved us thousands of dollars from having to install new floors. He’s a magician with wood — highly recommend."

"Russ and Rich did a great job refinishing the floors in every room of our first floor. They were very knowledgeable, extremely responsive and fair priced. Highly recommended"

"Victor (Hung) has an excellent knowledge of his business, his craft. Itâ s a family business which he took over from his father. I watched Hung and his workers do the refinishing. They make it look easy. They know what theyâ re doing. The final product was excellent. I was given a good price for the work that was done. Hung is easy to work with and reliable. I would definitely recommend him for refinishing floors."

"Very helpful and knowledgeable about many types of flooring."

"Elmer and his assistant did a great job on our floors. I could not see any imperfections in the floor when they were finished. In addition, the finish and wood trim look excellent. Elmer was prompt, professional and did the job on the agreed upon week and days. I’d highly recommend SCR for any flooring jobs."

"Great job on refinishing hardwood floors and stairs. Great price."

"Adequate sweep for rates charged. I can respect the game of upselling additional services/upgrades, but I questioned the necessity ($1K for replacing all the wood stove chimney pipes). At the end of it all, I hired another contractor for a second opinion- who addressed piping issues for minimal cost (basically the price of a sweep)."

"Pablo was very professional he came out and gave me a written estimate and a date when he could start the work and told me how long it would take. He was always on time. My upstairs hallways and stairs had been painted an ugly dark brown color and the floor was sticky. He did a beautiful job and restored the floors back to their former look."

"Julio and his team sanded and refinished about 2,000 sf. of 100-year-old hardwood in our home, as well as adding new flooring to match the old where we had made some changes to the structure. This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. Julio was good at explaining the process and keeping communication open throughout. His recommendations were good, he understood what we were going for and we are very happy with the finished result. I wish every contractor was this professional!"
