"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

"I had Georgia Roofing Systems out to my house a couple of months ago for some hail damage. There wasn't enough damage for a new roof but Anthony and his team came over and replaced all the shingles that were missing. They arrived early in the morning and were done within just a couple of hours. There were no nails, shingles, or any other debris left behind in my lawn or driveway and the roof looks great. Not to mention the final price was less than the quote! Definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "From the time I filed my insurance claim until we actually had the work performed, I interviewed about 8-10 potential contractors over the course of a few months while waiting to resolve matters with the insurance company and get on someone's calendar. We had a very wet summer and many of the contractors I called were too busy to meet with me or failed to keep their appointments. Although they were also back-logged at the time longer than I initially wanted to wait, it turned out waiting was the best choice I could have ever made. Marcus, foreman David, Katie in the office as well as the entire roofing crew KNOW what they are doing when it comes to a entire roof replacement. Not only that, but they LISTEN to the customer's wants, needs and expectations for the job and go out of their way to meet or exceed these expectations.
