We were already set for the replacement--piece was on the truck--but Ricky was very helpful in finding a better way. We were ready with the checkbook to pay more for what we had agreed on. They could have easily made more money on the deal. I take this as a sign of a conscientious approach with the long term rather than the quick buck in mind. And the work backed that up. "Fantastic job demoing our old electric fireplace and prepping the space for a new, larger gas inset! Karl and Kent were very professional and reviewed our design plans provided by the gas company to ensure a proper fit of the unit. Karl did a great job explaining the process and even talked to our gas company rep to be certain on one of the plan details prior to cutting. A great thing was they were able to remove our existing mantle without damage, which were were able to put back. Saved us money when he didn’t have to do that! If you need something done, this is a great company at a great price! Couldn’t recommend Karl and Kent more"

"He was reliable, polite, on time and a pleasure to have in my home. I had received the offer for 6 hours of work via email from angie's list. So I called him and he came to look at the job. After that we scheduled the date to perform the work in which he was on time and ready to go. He made sure throughout the entire day that I was happy with his work as he progressed. He often asked my opinion on certain things to make sure that I would be happy with the final product. the trim he installed was beautifully done and the holes he patched in the ceiling used to be such an eye sore. I will definitely be calling him for future work and will happily recommend him to others."

He then offered several options for each repair allowing me to decide, certainly as to the cost, what my comfort level would be. As soon as I made my decisions, he scheduled people to carry out the work. </p> <p>He and his crew came to the work site, explained what they would be doing and got to it. It took a number of days. Let me just say that one of the nicest parts of this work, besides the fact that the finished product looked great, was that the crew kept the area cleaned up through out the work. "The deal I purchased through Angie's list was I believe $1700(?) for a crew for a day. After looking around David realized it would be 2 days. David, Miguel and crew removed 5 or 6 large oaks, a diseased hickory, and many smaller scrubby trees. They ground stumps and cut all the wood in fireplace lengths for us to split later- as I requested. Because he didn't have to haul all the wood away or split it, I was able to have more trees taken down. The crew was fast, efficient and Miguel is amazing in the treetops. This was in 2015 and my barren shady yard is now sunny and grassy."
