"I don?t know too many plumbers but I would consider sending a Christmas card to this plumber.  The only thing that held us up was we had a lot of rains one day and they could not do the work so we had to delay it until it?s done.  It?s a very nice work.  This guy raked it out, planted grass and put the straw down.  He had to dig through the meter until he found the leak under the grass work. <br /> <br /> His price was not out of line because I got two quotes.  The other company wanted to cut my driveway which I did not like but Speedy Rooter had a more considerate approach and they went out of their way to get an extra jumper hose so that I have water the whole time.  These guys did a really good job.  It was a first class operation.  I will recommend them."

"Called on thanksgiving to check pricing to unclog the pipe-would not quote over the phone . I already knew what needed to be done. Rep arrived and confirmed my diagnosis and gave a price of $365 + $29 travel fee to unclog the pipe. If it had not been a Friday I would not have agreed to the service knowing I would not get anyone else to the house before Monday. The Whole visit took 30 minutes at the most. I feel like the company took advantage of the situation. Don't fall for the $29 visit fee. They make it up in service fee!! <br />"

"It took over a month to get our shower fixed. It took a few weeks for him to try to track down a part he needed, which in the end he couldn't find. So he had to replace the whole fixture. Communication wasn't great. Had to ask him for updates week after week as he did not volunteer any info (we didn't know he was looking for parts, all we knew was it had been two weeks and our shower still didn't work and hadn't heard from him). Eventually got the new fixture in and it leaked water everywhere after the first shower - had to call him back to fix that part. Wasn't bad service, just a series of unfortunate events, if you will. But we had hoped to have this issue fixed a lot faster."
