"Bert returned my phone call within 1/2 hour of calling him for a bid.  Scheduled an appointment to give me a bid and showed up when he said he would.  Was very impressed with the price.  Let me purchase my own paint so I knew I was getting a fair price.  Got me on his schedule within 2 weeks.  Showed up exactly when he said.  Was only supposed to paint the walls but the trim bothered him because it had yellowed and some nails had popped.  He offered to bring some paint he had and do the trim also.  Not only did he paint the trim but also caulked where there were nail holes or gaps between wall and trim.  Saved me a great amount of time since I had planned on painting the trim myself.  Charged me no extra for this service.   Very friendly, trust-worthy and timely.  Got the job done in less than two days and I have no complaints.  Would highly recommend him!! <br />"

"Bruce was always on time, coordinating and communicating his schedule through phone calls, emails and text messages.  He spent a lot of time installing cabinet doors, veneer, trim, hardware and drawers for a professional looking job.  I had no problem allowing the Contractor into my home, even if I had to be away running errands.  YOUR DESIGNS LLC went overboard on this project, including lining all my cabinets and I would not hesitate recommending them on any kitchen/bath remake.  I also would not hesitate to show off my cabinets to other prospective customers. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "I waited until after the winter to post this review because i wanted to see how the install held up after it took a winter beating and the high winds of spring. The results were very positive, with the roof looking great. Jim was easy to work with, identified the problems we had, provided a temporary repair to stop leaks and found matching shingles and did the full job at near his quote cost (we needed more material after project started and needs were clearer). Jim had injured his foot and we did have delays due his recovery, but he got up on that steep roof as soon as he was able to do the job. He was quick to respond to inquiries and did no more than job required. <br />"
