It was really just a tiny hole and I told them it was no big deal right now, but someone came out within a couple of days and gave us a new one. The roof is the perfect coke and matches the gutters so nicely. The gutters work so seamlessly now the water is not overflowing onto our windows because they do not flow right. Everything is so nice."
