"When I called their office he was very prompt in sending someone to the site for ideas. They drew a wonderful preliminary plan. Then I requested that Doug Fullerton come back so we could make changes. He had wonderful ideas. He started the work in just a few days. He did everything we wanted, and he did it wonderfully. The prices were reasonable. He also moved a shed so that we could make better use the space. The customer service was terrific. "Miguel Amaya did work on my neighbors driveway and so we inquired about doing a patio in our yard. Miguel came over gave a quote and completion time-line. He was friendly professional and extremely sincere. Its hard to find good contractors I always look for integrity, honesty, professionalism and quality. Miguel possesed all 4 qualities so we decided to go with the patio. We discussed design and paver color combination. Miguel assured me the As the project started we decided to add benches and some landscaping on the side of the house and behind the patio. Miguel and his crew were all very polite kind and thorough. The workmanship is incredible and Miguel takes pride in his work so every aspect is checked. The project came out better than I expected and I am beyond pleased. We now have an additional living space where we can entertain and host gatherings I am extremely satisfied with the patio. Its absolutely beautiful. We are going to do more work with Amaya Construction and Miguel in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend Miguel."

"Anthony was friendly and punctual.  He came to see the backyard the day after I called him and had his crew come the day after that.  They came to rake out the soil and plant grass seed but also took out some left over concrete and even some large branches from a tree in my yard.  I called Anthony a few times to regarding care of the lawn and he answered all my questions right away. The grass is quite full now (about 2 months later).  I absolutely recommend Anthony.

The backyard looks great now.  Michael (owner) and his staff were very professional and easy to work with.  Michael kept us informed as to the progress and the dates when different elements of the work would be performed (the work was staged to allow for the proper sequence of events) and for the most part he kept to his schedule and delivered a wonderful finished product.  He was very helpful in telling us how to care for the new work....frequency of watering the sod and trees etc.  The sod took very well and the new trees are also doing good.

Michael's crew cleaned up after each day at our house and never left things in disarray.

Bottom line...Schultz landscaping delivered the project as promised with no issues.  I plan to use them again for some future work and would certainly recommend them to others who are looking for good quality landscape work at a reasonable price.

"Well, I scheduled well in advance fr 8:30 on the Tuesday morning. At 10:00 I called because nobody had called or shown up and I had to leave for work. I was asked if I still wanted someone to come out because it was cold and it had rained the day before. I said "yes" and I was told two guys would be there in about a half hour. 45 minutes later a truck pulled up in front of my house and two guys sat there until 11 when they got out and told me they had the wrong street number and were not sure which house to go to. Well, they were very nice and I told them exactly what I wanted done. When I had to leave for work, I told them the existing leaves on the grass did not have to be done if they ran out of time because I could pick ten up with my lawn mower. I came home after dark and the next day was very excited to look at my back yard leaf free. The perimeter of the yard where the beds were was mostly leaf free, but what they did was blow all the leaves from the back yard onto the grass, leaving  leaves as much as a foot deep in places which was way too much for my little lawnmower to handle. I tried calling Brett and left him a message telling him my concerns. Later in the afternoon my husband and I decided to tackle the daunting job of removing all the leaves. After about two hours, we got the grass totally free of leaves and made a huge pile of leaves in the back corner of the yard and in addition took out 10 bags of leaves to the curb. Brett did call me back and when he heard what happened was very apologetic and volunteered to come back out. I told him it would be very nice if they would like to haul off all the leaves we had gathered. He said he would be by Saturday. On Saturday they showed up just as I was leaving the house and I was very pleased....until I came home! They very kindly had decided to not only haul off the huge pile of leaves that I had created from the wrk I had done, but they decided they did not get all the leaves in the flower beds the previous time so they would get them this time. So, they blew all the remaining leaves onto the grass which at that point had not even one leaf on it, and left me a yard full of leaves to get rid of - again! So back to the yard I went to mow and rake the leaves up, and in some spots they were taller than the front of the lawnmower so I had the problem again of picking them up. So, are they nice? Absolutely. Were they willing to come back at no charge to fix up their mess? Absolutely. Did they fix the problem? Well, partially by removing all the gahered leaves in the back, but in the interim, they recreated the first problem. I feel bad not giving them rave reviews because Brett and the other two workers seemed genuinely nice. But three hours of leaf raking after paying $199 to have it done just does not make me want to give them rave reviews.
