"The rioza team completely transformed our home... The quality of the renovation exceeded our expectations every single detail from the bathroom finishes to the open kitchen design was done beautifully and professionally we notice the team was reliable, organized, and kept us informed throughout the entire process and bring our house a modern feeling, warm, and brand new. I highly recommend rioza for anyone looking for high quality construction and remodeling work!"

"Over the past year, Brayan and his team have become our go-to guys for any project in our homes. He repaired termite damage in our crawl space by replacing several support beams, removed all the wallpaper and painted our entire house (a long and challenging job) Most recently, he worked on our deck, power washing, replacing damage boards, sanding, and painting it. Now it looks brand new. Brayan always impresses us with the quality of his work. He is by far the most reliable and punctual professional we’ve ever worked with on home renovations. His entire team is skilled and respectful, the work is done at competitive prices, on schedule, and with excellent attention to detail. We have no doubt that we’ll continue calling him for future projects. Highly recommended!"

"Prestige installed pre-finished hardwood flooring throughout the first floor of our home. The existing floors were a combination of ceramic tile, and 3 other varieties of mismatched hardwoods and we decided it was time to replace everything with matching floors. We selected a 5" pre-finished Armstrong plank and are very happy with it. The team was punctual and very neat and the job was finished in 2 days. When we had a minor problem, Dave himself came back on a holiday weekend to rectify. It is an expensive renovation to be sure, but if you're ready to make the investment, Prestige is highly recommended."

"We used Pro Woodfloors Renovation to replace our entry wood floor after major water damage. They also fixed gouges in the staid and buffed the upstairs hallway. They were fantastic and extremely fast! They showed up on time and cleaned up."

"Ricardo was reliable and did excellent work in refinishing the wood floor in our apartment. He was timely and communicated frequently. His price was very competitive. I would recommend him highly and would hire him again."

"GREAT! Easy to work with. Matt and Michael were excellent and easy to get along with. Very neat, clean, and professional. They will get my business again. You won't be sorry with this company. The installers would not put the floor down because they noticed a possible water issue, giving me the opportunity to get someone in here to fix that first. A++++++ for recognizing the problem and alerting me in lieu of just slapping down a floor. Came a week later and got the job done! No complaints. Both store owner and son are involved and very nice!"

"From start to finish we were extremely impressed by Lion Wood Floor's service and professionalism. When I called to make an appointment, Helene returned my call immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day. She showed up promptly at the time she had scheduled for our appointment. She even called while on the way to let us know she was on the way, even though she was going to be on time. When Helene arrived, she gave us a price that seemed more than fair, and then was honest enough to let us know that that was the minimum price and they could do another hallway and bedroom as well for the same price! We were very happy when they scheduled our floors to be refinished very soon after that initial appointment. Our floors were very worn and damaged and Ron and his crew did an AMAZING job. Our floors look GORGEOUS! I never thought they would look this beautiful. Areas that were very darkened from water damage are virtually gone. We mailed them a check after the work was completed. The check was lost in the mail. Helene was extremely patient and nice while we waited two weeks hoping that original check would turn up but it never did. I can't recommend a company more highly than Lion Wood Floors. They are the nicest and most professional people to deal with, and do absolutely beautiful work!"
