He was very organized from the beginning and took extra steps to keep the interior of the home clean. I can honestly say he?s a perfectionist when it comes to his work. There were many times when he wasn?t happy with the outcome of a task and I thought it looked fine and even told him such, however if he wasn?t happy with it then he would do it over. I also should mention that the project was completed in a very timely manner therefore we did not have to endure the inconvenience of a remodel longer than necessary. "I just completed a kitchen and living room remodel with Elite Construction and i could not be happier with the results! When i first contacted Jerry at Elite Construction I was living overseas. I obtained bids from 2 other construction companies for my project but Jerry's was the only one that i thought was fairly priced and was in a position to meet my required completion deadline. Jerry also took much more time in the initial consultation to understand my needs and my budget constraints and i was pleased when his bid clearly reflected that he had paid attention. We did all the initial consultations and design via Zoom, which worked very well. Since I was unable to be present during the first month of the project, Jerry recommended that i work with their designer, Claudia. This turned out to be a fantastic recommendation and in my opinion, money well spent! Claudia hit the ball out of the park with her design and was onsite and involved in all aspects of the project to ensure it was implemented successfully. I returned to the States about 4 weeks into construction and was blown away by the progress that had been made! The project manager, Ricardo, was fantastic. He was very responsive to calls and texts and made sure that everything his team did was quality work and that the house was left incredibly clean each night. I was so impressed with Ricardo and his team! Overall great experience and very happy with the final results! Highly recommend Elite!"

"Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"
