Johnny R. came out, got a call and text 30 minutes before arrival as promised (arrived 15 min early, and right at the start of the promised AM window), friendly and super courteous, professional, diagnosed the problem right away (tree root clogging drainage line to the street, backing up drains into the yard), ran power hoses from street to all drains, cleared the blockages, demonstrated wide open flow. Could not be happier; highest recommendation."

"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. However, effort is appreciated and commended because the stench coming from the drain was unbearable. Recommended replacement of santi within wall, and provided estimate. Same procedure was followed to clear clog in sink drain of second bathroom. Although I was disappointed that it was against the service provider's policy to snake the drains from the vent pipes via the roof, one of the drains was cleared, and a good effort was made to clear the other."
