"Fridge was repaired and he even cleaned it. Oven needs parts and they are on back order. Will repair when parts come in."

"My first experience with this company. Robert was polite and friendly. Arrived on time and quickly determined that we needed a new pilot light for our gas oven. He returned the next day per my request, installed the part and left me with a smile on my face."

"We are extremely happy with the way this turned out. Oven looks fantastic, techs were knowledgeable, professional, on time, and friendly."

"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"I recently had my dishwasher repaired, and I was very satisfied with the service. The repair was completed on the same day and at a reasonable price."

"Dmitry was very friendly and knowledgeable about washer & dryers! Successfully replaced the parts that were faulty! And provided an explanation as to why it failed. Great dude, I’d highly recommend him for repairs!"

"Armen was great! I called on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing on Sunday. He was on time and ready to fix my oven door (which I tried to clean and couldn't get back on). He was very professional and fixed the door in no time. I'd hire Armen anytime."

"Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!
