"Mike and Daryl completely gutted my first floor kitchen, dinning and living rooms. Removed walls, added a load bearing beam, added new insulation, drywall and all new electrical. They performed all demo and remodeling themselves with very little outside help. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of contracting. The quality of their craftsmanship was great. They were always here working and were easy to get in contact with when needed. They listened to what I wanted done and made it happen. I would recommend Quality Craft for any home improvement project."

"Sabino was great to work with. He was professional and thorough when initially inspecting roof. He completed a major job with tear off of layers of asphalt and cedar shingles. He installed the new roof with quality products. Most importantly he worked well with us in a honest manner when issues arose to rebuild a chimney and replace beams on a rotting porch. His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. It is never an easy experience to have an old roof torn off and replaced, but Sabino and his workers made the experience positive."

"We needed a new 12 x 16 shed. We shopped on internet for local shed builders and found Wood Tex to be the most cheapest for their quality. We went to their open house. We selected colors, style, and selected options we wanted to add to our shed. It takes a long time for them to make the shed (approximately 2 months). They built and delivered it for free because we live within 100 miles from their company. Although, we were a little disappointed to find minor sloppy paint and smoke stain on the shed. Contacted them and they told me the smoke stain is washable with soap and water. They send in pints of paint for us to paint over the minor sloppy mistakes they made. Overall, we are satisfied with it for a great price. If people are thinking of getting a shed from Wood-Tex, they need to be sure that they are able to deliver it freely on their property without any barriers. <br />"

"It was a excellent experience, the professionalism, prompt service and attention to scheduling and detail was more than we expected.  The old bathroom had to torn out, and then the new put in with different workers such as demo crew, plumber, tile specialist and then clean up.  I especially loved that each crew laid down tarps to protect any area they had to walk on to protect the floors in our home.  John Dickinson is very hands on and followed up on all facets of the remodel. He is a great person to deal with.  Our new bathroom is a showcase and we love it!"

"I met with Chris for help with designing a rooftop deck. He was very knowledgeable and shared many thing I would not have considered such as materials, direction of the sun and placement of structures for shade, and how to prep for future considerations of power and irrigation. We gave him some rough ideas of what we liked and he ran with it and turned it into a beautiful vision that we couldn’t even imagine. It was well throughout and brought our dream deck to life. It is truly an oasis, a place to go to escape and relax. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Recently, we have reached out again this time about designing and building a home. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to everything that my wife and I threw at him for what we wanted in a custom home. He provided a great overview with lots of useful information and design considerations. We have decided to put the project on hold for now and definitely plan on using him on the future."

It was a pleasue to watch him measure, figure, fuss, and give me an estimate that was fair and reasonable. when he started the job he worked and only stopped for a couple short breaks and lunch. I got my moneys worth and also learned some of the tricks of the trade as I watched and even sometimes gave a hand. "After interviewing three general contractors we selected Cortese to remodel our basement into a game room, TV / Entertainment area and ½ bath. We are extremely pleased with the process and results. We first met with Tyler S. to discuss preliminary ideas, take measurements, review concept drawings and finalize the project. Timelines were discussed and agreed on. Cortese held a pre-construction meeting where we met the project team including Brian, Vinney, Dillon and site supervisor / lead carpenter Dan. During this meeting, the team, while reviewing the plans suggested ideas and minor changes that would enhance our project. Project started on time and completed on schedule. Dillon was excellent on keeping us up to date on the process and keeping to the schedule, which was particularly important to us. His communication skills were impressive. We can not say enough good things about Dan and towards the end of the project his assistant Mike. They were meticulous in their work, fantastic craftsmanship and so detailed oriented. The entire team was so considerate while in our home, no swearing, extremely polite, and trustworthy. At the end of every day, they ensured to clean up the entire project area. The new addition turned out so much better than we envisioned. We are incredibly pleased we chose Cortese and would hire them again for future projects.
