"Review for LeakMaster, A month after we moved into a house in 2016, the roof blew off. We had never experienced this before so we went to the Home Show hoping to find a roofer. We talked to Mike Seibold and found him sincere and honest. He told us he keeps the same crew all year; they are like a family. He came to the house and showed us a variety of roof possibilities and gave us addresses of some he had done. He was very accommodating and completed the new roof in record time even roofing the new sunroom to match the house so it looks like it was always part of the house. We were very happy with his work. In 2019, we put an addition on our daughter’s house and moved in with her. We had problems with the original contractor. The roof wasn’t installed correctly. It had been sloppily done, and was left unfinished. We had many leaks and rain water poured over our bay window like Niagara Falls. The water damaged some walls. We called Mike and he said the contractor had structured the roof incorrectly. Because it was leaking so badly, he repaired the roof quickly. No more leaks. Mike is easy to work with, on time, and careful about his job. He covers the shrubs and cleans up after the repair. He wants to do it right."

"The positive: Graves Brothers will provide a quote for PARTIAL Siding projects where most companies won't talk to you unless you need a FULL Siding project. The installation team was quick and did a nice job. The Cons: Deceptive Sales. Your Typical Residential Home Services contactor. I had a complete east side siding replacement quoted. There is a 24" "Jog wall" between the exterior garage wall and the living quarters wall. Their quote included photos that show this wall in one of the views. A second photo shows the entire length of the wall outlined that includes this jog wall, but they did not replace the siding on this wall. A conversation BEFORE the project work started questioned if I intended on having the wall replaced and it was agreed that it should have been part of the proposal. The installers DID NOT replace the siding on this wall. I asked for a simple $500 credit and was willing to settle for a $350 credit which was more than fair. The Salesman insisted that seeing the wall was not assigned a "wall number" therefore it was not included in their proposal. Graves Brothers displayed ZERO interest in coming to a mutual agreement on the discrepancy. Update 7/19/2024: After continued conversations, the Sales Rep finally conceded that after speaking with his installers, that the work WAS included in the initial estimate and should have been completed. I gave Graves Brothers the option of discounting the price or returning to finish the work. They chose to finish the work which is scheduled this week. IMO, Speaking to his installation team should have been done PRIOR to him taking a flat stance with me that they were right and I was wrong. Give Graves Brothers Home Improvements a 3-Star rating for (finally) doing what was right. The installation was done well and the installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up well. Just make sure you document all conversations and get them in writing up front."

"We needed an old roof replaced and we are glad we chose Stellar Roofing for the job. From the first meeting with their representative to the finished installation, everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Stellar kept us informed about each step of the process, from the delivery of materials to the scheduling of the crew. We were provided with photos before the job and given a complete explanation of all the work that needed to be done. After the install, we were provided with photos of the finished job. The job was completed in one day and the finished roof looks amazing. The crew did a complete clean-up of the old roof and a walk around inspection found no debris on the ground. We are totally pleased with the result and highly recommend them for any roofing work you may need."

"Sabino was great to work with. He was professional and thorough when initially inspecting roof. He completed a major job with tear off of layers of asphalt and cedar shingles. He installed the new roof with quality products. Most importantly he worked well with us in a honest manner when issues arose to rebuild a chimney and replace beams on a rotting porch. His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. It is never an easy experience to have an old roof torn off and replaced, but Sabino and his workers made the experience positive."

"Anthony was absolutely amazing from WNY Roofing. His professionalism could not be out done. He was very responsive, professional and helpful throughout the process. He was extremely flexible in his scheduling to have my roof completed. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a roof repaired, or replaced, as he is very reasonable and his company did a fantastic job on ripping off the 2 layers I had on, as well as replacing some wood planks that were damaged and putting the new roof on. He also fixed an area around my chimney that had not been roofed properly by the company that had put my roof on several years back, and at no additional cost. It looks great and their cleanup afterwards was meticulous, as well as the steps they took to protect my landscaping during the process. As a side note I wanted to mention, I had elected not to replace my gutters at the time and they mistakenly dented one area of the gutter, but replaced the entire section without any questions asked and were very professional throughout the process. As good of a job as they did on the roof, I need to also recommend Anthony highly due the assistance he provided in his suggestion when I was having difficulty with my Insurance Company. My Insurance company would not approve replacing my roof, even after 3 different roofing companies had said the entire roof needed to be replaced. They only wanted to approve one small area after I had fought with them over the issue for several months. I wish I had gone to Anthony first, as he not only was always very professional and timely with the job that his company performed, he also provided me critical assistance and a recommendation, that even though it took time, resulted in the Insurance company being forced to pay for the entire roof replacement. His suggestion was key in getting this approved and I highly recommend asking him about it if you have difficulty with your insurance company.
