His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. It is never an easy experience to have an old roof torn off and replaced, but Sabino and his workers made the experience positive."

"Where do I start? Well, first this review is late because they did the fob for me a few weeks ago and that's on me. I got busy with life and forgot. However, I can say with confidence that Klaus Roofing DID NOT forget me. They kept me well informed as to the timeline and the reasons for that timeline. In my mind, that is very courteous. I knew what to expect and when, very professional. The crew was AMAZING! Professional, fast, and friendly... I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if I ever need a roof again. Now, I started this review with "Where do I start?" My journey with Klaus started with Kent. He was my initial contact with the company (outside of the receptionist, if course). He is personable, friendly, and reasonable. To say he bent over backwards to help when he learned of my situation, is a massive understatement. See, I just wanted a repair so I could refinance my house, AND, I wanted a metal roof. Well, Kent and I talked for a bit and I ended up changing my mind. Once I did, the contract negotiations went smooth as silk. Even with my financial situation. When Kent heard my situation and what I needed to do, he really went to work. He called the owner and talked to him for a bit. He did it right in front of me, so there were no secrets. I knew he was actually talking to someone and was working out a deal for me. When he came back to our conversation, he had worked out a phenomenal deal for me! Phenomenal and fair. He also walked me through the contract process step by step, explaining everything. Once he was done writing the contract and explaining everything, I had no questions and no hesitation in signing. Kent became my point person with the company so I was completely comfortable going forward. Everything went off without a hitch and I am completely satisfied with the results. I went from looking for a roofer to repair the shingles on my house, to finding a company that I feel completely comfortable calling again for another roofing need I have.
