"We had been battling a several month issue with carpenter ants. We have a 2,100 sq ft ranch and we started seeing activity clear across the house in our baby's nursery and all over the house far away from origination. The first tech used gel bait. This did not work. Activity slowed for only 3 days and then got worse. We waited 10 days and called again. The next tech put down granules and told us not to clean up the dead ants. We noticed an increase in activity and then a decrease in activity. We noticed activity increase again so we called. The tech this time put down a considerable amount of granules outside and in our basement and then sprayed in areas we saw activity. We have not had any issues in over a month. We have a contract with this company and intend to use their services indefinitely as we have noticed a dramatic decrease in spiders since the outside has been sprayed every month. We would recommend this company. The techs are always friendly and knowledgable."

As in previous times, Brian responded promptly, accessed the problem and immediately acted to remove the squirrels. He followed up several times to make sure the issue was taken care of.
