"Not all the JH siding was color matched, some was painted. It took months for the punch. I still have an area that is filled with caulk because the piece was cut too short. The billing was incorrect initially by $2000 which did get corrected after I pointed it out. The sub for the gutters did not finish their project well using screws that create clogs and cut downspouts short. The 5280 staff is very polite and did address about 95% of my concerns. They showed up when they said they would."

"HORRIBLE COMPANY. We had $10,000 window installed over a month ago and by the time they were done there was a lot wrong. Ernest was great too, as he handled our confusion of "fascia and soffits" but we got there in the end. After siding was installed, we used Bermudez Paint, and they arrived the next day to start their project. They were done 3 days later, thanks to rain delays. I highly recommend Bermudez Paint as well. Their team was also amazing, fast, and incredibly polite."

"I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."

From the first contact with Ernest to the final walk through with Oswald, everything was top-notch! Upon initial contact with Ernest, he took the time to cover all the details and describe exactly what the crew would be doing and gave initial quotes for various options, sticking to the exact cost of the option we chose, which was to completely cover our house and detached garage. I should point out here that their quote was less than others. The crew (headed by Omar) showed up exactly on time each day and stayed as late as necessary to complete each day’s task. The entire hard working crew was pleasant, positive, respectful and worked together incredibly well throughout the entire project, finishing on schedule despite having to do some extra work and adjustments to the original plan. Mike, their estimator, answered all questions during the bid process and was very helpful in following up with scheduling info. Their price was competitive with other paint and gutter companies and the online reviews convinced me to select them for the job. The gutter crew did a great job of replacing the old gutters/downspouts and replacing certain areas of rotted fascia. Alex and the paint crew did an outstanding job of house prep and painting.
