"Scam company is not even authorized to do business in Washington state. Pushes you to put down a deposit quickly fudges the quotes. Then asks for double before they complete the job. When you ask for you deposit back they tell you to kick rocks. I have to involve my lawyer. "

"National Van Lines only sent us two guys to pickup our items. The delivery was much better with three guys. However, they packed our items pretty tight and things got crush a bit. So, the service was okay for the money we paid. "

"They talk the talk, but do not walk the walk. I signed with this company because I was reassured I would get professional service, integrity, and a better experience than with other movers who supposedly damage items, damage walls, leave jobs incomplete, and create unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened here. The crew arrived about an hour late. More importantly, my written quote stated 4 movers and 2 trucks (hence why it was a higher quote), but only 1 truck arrived, which meant multiple trips and much less efficiency (two hours wasted in transit alone). I was also told furniture would be disassembled and reassembled, but several items were left unfinished, including my sectional, which was not properly put back together after the steel connectors were bent during the move. It took us over an hour to rebend the metal and get it assembled ourselves. I also had to spend much of my weekend fixing things they left incomplete instead of unpacking."

These guys will lure you in with great pricing, jack up the cost at the last minute and then break a bunch of your stuff - at least 10% of our fragile items were busted. I?ve moved multiple times in my life and this is up there with the worst of my experiences. They are a broker, not a carrier and contracted our move out with various parties who have no liability and accountability for their work in the overall process. Tony, the sales guy is nice enough and did a great job pricing the move, at first. Then the day before the move another person, Melissa, calls to do a last minute walkthrough of our home after we already have a signed contract and then essentially forces another 20% of costs on us claiming if the movers come and need more space/boxes etc. we would be charged much more than if I just agree to pay an increased amount up front. Classic bait and switch tactic used in the industry. Go elsewhere!"
