"I called around June 18th due to water coming out from under toilet after flushing it. We also had an on-going issue with water leaking from under the kitchen cabinet. I had to leave a voicemail when I called, but they called me back within 1-2 hours of my voicemail. Don was the plumber I worked with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. He certainly delivered beyond my expectations and wasn't the stereotype of a plumber (just like their goofy tv ad -- there was no plumbers crack! haha) -- he was very neat and clean in his work -- didn't leave a big mess or anything like that. He came out to run a snake up the main line after diagnosing a clog causing the toilet to back up. He advised the toilet wax seal needed to also be replaced since it had been blown. We were hopeful the kitchen issue was related to the clog in the main line, but unfortunately it wasn't. He charged around $200 that day for the wax ring and unclogging the main line, then set up an appointment to come back the following Thursday to repair the kitchen drain line. He quoted another $500-$800 and half a day's work. He called me the Tuesday before our appointment, well ahead of time, to let me know he had a family emergency and wasn't going to be able to make it that Thursday. The situation was completely understandable, and the fact that he remembered to call during a stressful time in his personal life meant a lot to me and really showed they care about their customers. He ended up coming out the following Friday and repaired the sink drain line. They were fair in their pricing and offered a reduced rate due to not being able to get back out when we had originally agreed. The final bill for the drain repair ended up being somewhere around $400, which was less than he originally quoted, and it took him around 2-3 hours to complete. I would recommend Moretto for any plumbing need based on my experience. I was very pleased with the way they conduct business. Even though the performance of service was delayed, the most important part to me was their timely communication, commitment to making their customers happy, and topped off by offering a discounted price for the trouble.... Not to mention what I felt were fair prices to begin with. <br />"
