Even though it is a small kitchen, it was a complex job, due to the layout change, sub-floor and window replacement, as well as extending one of the walls. Kris, the project manager, did an excellent job coordinating the work as well as helping out with design features. The job was completed timely (despite city inspection delays) and without issues. I had a budget in mind that was pretty specific, all three contractors told me there was no way possible that they could remodel my kitchen at that price.
