"Outdoor electrical outlet kept tripping the GFCI frequently but with no apparent pattern. Couldn't tell if it was the items plugged into the GFCI, the GFCI itself, another GFCI on the same line, or something else. The technician was very methodical in his approach and was able to identify the problem as a bad underground line between two of the GFCIs. Not an easy one to solve. The wires were inside metal conduit but somehow water had gotten inside the conduit. Once the cause was determined, he knew exactly what needed to be done. The technician was professional, easy to talk to and did an excellent job. Pricing was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the work and would call them again for future electrical needs."

"Called on a Saturday morning for emergency help after 1/2 our house lost electrical power. Received a call back from Barry one of their electricians. I described our problem and he immediately diagnosed a problem with exterior power supply from our power supplier ComEd. He recommended we call ComEd as their would be no charge if they repaired the problem. Barry gave me his cell phone number and asked me to keep him updated. He then came out as the pool was being installed, on his own, to make sure it was going well and to find out info about the pump for his part of the job. He came out a few days later and completed everything perfectly, went above and beyond and made everything aesthetically pleasing. After the job was completed, he then proceeded to walk me through everything he had done and explained why, and even going so far as to explain how my home generator works (weâ re new home owners), as well as upgrade our old dingy barn lights. He also had to further diagnose a wire that had been melted and address that as well. He showed great problem solving skills, cleaned up and was extremely professional and friendly. Even though the job took much longer than expected, he still only charged what he had initially stated. Would hire again."
