The owner and service provider, Myron Graves, listened to my description of the problem (squirrel!) and where I thought their entry point was, climbed up and confirmed it; set two traps and a hardware cloth screen to direct the critter into the traps; removed the animal; blocked the entry point with sheet metal; and painted the metal to match the surroundings. "Nice guy, very efficient.  Knew exactly where best places were to apply treatment.  Provided some education about our particular issue.  Within a week the ant problem was completely gone.  This may be an annual event for us not sure since this was the first time for us using a pest control specialist.  But if it is, it's certainly worth the $100.  Problem is completely gone for now. <br />"

"The service worked out well. I found them on Angie's List. He came out, took about an hour, went through my moms basement, and put some stuff down because that is where they were coming in from. 3 days later, we saw some more bees, and he came back out again, put some more stuff down. He didn't charge us again, and he said that there was no charge for every time he came back. We called him 2 times after that, and he didn't charge us. We didn't have a problem after that. They were yellow jacket bees so they are aggressive. He did a very good job, and he was very patient with us. My mom didn't go down there because the washer and dryer were down there, and he did what he needed to do, to keep her calm. I will call him to my house for the summer, because we had wasps, and so I will call him for that."
