Our old mini split system upstairs needed to be replaced and we were referred to Blind and Sons. They came out and quoted us a good price and installed the new system the following week. The three weeks that followed were a nightmare. We noticed one of the units dripping down the wall; a tech came back and tightened a connector in the wall. We then noticed a dripping noise in the wall from the same unit; a tech came back again and made a plan to replace the new pump they just installed. Meanwhile our baseboards were now warped and untold water damage in our walls.
